Fine dining on location, whether oceanside or under the palms, came naturally to Florida born, Jerri George. Her grandmother's restaurant on Cape Cod, and her father's career in catering management at the world famous Bal Harbour Club, led to her lifelong attraction to food service on a grand scale. Catering by George! was born the summer of 1990.
Relocating to Colorado in 2005, Jerri began operations in Aurora, Colorado taking Denver and the foothills by storm with her creativity and unique approach to menus and dishes with an east coast flair. In 2009, stricken by Bacterial Meningitis and spending 28 days in a coma, she was forced into an early retirement but from her rehab bed, with a desire to help others and share her knowledge, Jerri wrote the award winning, how-to book CATER$AVVY "Secrets of the Trade Revealed"
Today, Jerri has returned to the career she loves. Upper Crust Catering, is the 'new guy in town' once again...raising the bar in the Denver area market with a seasoned and experienced leader at the helm.
